As the Sales & Marketing Supervisor at POGCC, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our marketing projects. - Oversee the strategic direction of sales and marketing campaigns for POGCC.
- Lead all logistics planning and execution for tournaments and corporate events.
- Manage event budgets, including procurement, staffing, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing goals with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
- Develop and manage promotional materials and digital content.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure project success.
- Ensure brand consistency across all sales and marketing touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or event management.
- Proven track record of leading tournament logistics and large-scale events.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
