Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to ensure all Tegal branch points meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales and marketing team to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Tegal area to identify new growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular site visits to retail points to ensure adherence to brand standards and marketing promotions.
- Analyze daily and weekly performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients and local business partners.
- Prepare accurate sales performance reports and presentations for regional management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales supervision or team leadership, preferably in the logistics, courier, or retail industry.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Tegal and surrounding areas.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and motivating diverse teams.
- Willingness to work under target-driven pressure and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
