Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to ensure all Tegal branch points meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales and marketing team to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Tegal area to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular site visits to retail points to ensure adherence to brand standards and marketing promotions.
  • Analyze daily and weekly performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions immediately.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients and local business partners.
  • Prepare accurate sales performance reports and presentations for regional management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales supervision or team leadership, preferably in the logistics, courier, or retail industry.
  • Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Tegal and surrounding areas.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
