Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote school programs and events
- Create engaging marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and digital content
- Support the sales team by preparing presentations and gathering market intelligence
- Manage and update the school's database of prospective students and leads
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and traditional media
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts
- Assist in organizing promotional events and school open houses
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing support or sales assistance role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
