Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily outreach initiatives via email, social media, and CRM platforms to generate new leads.
- Monitor and manage social media channels, responding to inquiries and community engagement prompts in a timely, professional manner.
- Convert interested prospects into confirmed enrollments through structured follow-up sequences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to distribute promotional content across various digital channels.
- Maintain and update lead databases to ensure accurate tracking of the sales funnel.
- Prepare weekly reports on outreach performance, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Provide exceptional virtual administrative support to the sales and marketing departments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Virtual Assistance, Sales Development, or Digital Marketing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and lead conversion strategies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict KPIs.
- High level of proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
- Residing within or willing to work in the Clark Freeport Zone area.
