Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell medical products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to medical personnel.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective territory management strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Organize and participate in medical seminars, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Nursing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in medical sales or pharmaceutical marketing is highly preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a strong desire to pursue a career in medical sales are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) and own a personal vehicle.
