Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential merchants across Bandung and surrounding areas
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform benefits to business owners
- Develop and maintain strong merchant relationships post-onboarding
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets through strategic sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant integration
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of sales or merchant acquisition experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Bandung's local business landscape
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
