As a leader in the Indonesian SME ecosystem, we empower businesses through integrated technology solutions, including POS systems, inventory management, and digital payments.
In this role, you will be the face of Majoo, acting as a strategic partner to local merchants. You will identify business opportunities, onboard new partners to the Majoo ecosystem, and help them thrive in the digital economy. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new potential merchants in the Bekasi region to join the Majoo platform.
- Conduct direct field visits to perform product demonstrations and explain the value proposition of the Majoo ecosystem.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchant partners to ensure high satisfaction and platform adoption.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting to successful onboarding and activation.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitor movements in the area.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support merchants with initial setup and training to ensure they understand how to maximize Majoo's features.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree from any field.
- Proven experience in direct sales, field marketing, or merchant acquisition is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence business owners.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a field-based environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Familiarity with digital technology, POS systems, or mobile applications.
- Knowledge of the local business landscape in Bekasi is a distinct advantage.
