Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell industrial machinery to B2B clients across diverse sectors
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical consultations
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Prepare customized proposals and negotiate commercial agreements
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve client inquiries
- Generate weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years in B2B sales (industrial machinery/equipment experience a plus)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical specifications and client requirements
- Target-driven with proven sales track record
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good English communication skills
