Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell EDC machines to UMKMs through direct engagement and market outreach
- Acquire new merchant accounts by identifying potential businesses and demonstrating product value
- Conduct negotiations to close sales deals and establish long-term partnerships
- Exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Provide product training and ongoing support to merchants using EDC systems
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and competitor analysis
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in fintech or payment solutions
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Situbondo region
- Proficiency in basic CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
