Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain relationships with modern trade outlets to ensure product availability and brand visibility.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective territory management.
- Execute strategic product merchandising and ensure planogram compliance in all assigned accounts.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends to provide actionable market insights.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to audit stock levels and resolve any operational issues.
- Prepare regular sales reports and feedback analysis for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a Sales, Merchandiser, or similar role in the FMCG industry (Modern Trade experience is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C or A) and a personal vehicle.
- Residing in or willing to be stationed in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan.
