Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for field operations? PT Perkakas Sumber Karya is seeking a dynamic Sales Motoris Team Leader to join our expanding team in Kemayoran. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our field distribution and New Outlet Opening (NOO) strategies.

As a Team Leader, you will not only oversee daily sales operations but also mentor a team of motoris to reach performance targets, manage market penetration, and ensure brand visibility in every outlet. If you have a proven track record in FMCG or industrial tools distribution and enjoy working in a fast-paced, field-based environment, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Sales Motoris to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Execute strategies for New Outlet Opening (NOO) to expand market share and distribution coverage.
  • Monitor field activities and provide real-time guidance to the sales team to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new growth opportunities and competitive trends in the Kemayoran area.
  • Manage team schedules, route planning, and sales visit compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet owners to ensure product availability and brand loyalty.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports on sales performance and team progress.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales supervision, preferably in FMCG, spare parts, or hardware tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a field sales team.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle.
  • Deep knowledge of the Jakarta market, particularly the Kemayoran and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in using mobile reporting applications and basic office software.
