Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field of study.
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Ability to travel within the Jakarta Raya area as required by business needs.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to handle pressure in a target-driven environment.
