Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new customers for banking products within the designated territory.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to match client needs with appropriate financial services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to provide informed recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level of High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Must have a clear BI Checking record (no outstanding issues with financial delinquency).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in banking or finance industries.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willing to work in the field and mobile within the Jakarta area.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in using mobile devices and basic office software for reporting.
