Tanggung Jawab
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Present and promote financial products to prospective customers professionally.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide accurate and timely reports regarding sales activities and market conditions to the management team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional consultations on available banking services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales or marketing is a significant advantage.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Result-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working independently or within a team.
- Proficient in using basic office software (Microsoft Office).
- Willing to be assigned in Tegal, Jawa Tengah.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle for field activities.
