Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve monthly sales targets for banking products assigned by the bank.
- Proactively prospect for new clients and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings with potential customers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups.
- Document all sales activities accurately in the company reporting system.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and ethical sales standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the smooth processing of customer applications.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in building rapport.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
