Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct field visits and prospect potential clients within the Dumai and Riau region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (fresh graduates with high motivation are welcome to apply).
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a target-driven mindset.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Dumai, Riau and capable of conducting field work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic digital tools.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and professional appearance.
