Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire prospective pilgrim clients through multi-channel prospecting
- Execute referral networking strategies and digital marketing campaigns
- Present Hajj package details and benefits to qualified prospects
- Build and maintain client relationships throughout the Hajj journey
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation
- Prepare detailed sales reports and pipeline forecasts
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (travel/Haji industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Validated experience in referral-based lead generation
- Understanding of Hajj logistics and cultural sensitivities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of sales target achievement
- Intermediate English proficiency (additional languages valued)
