Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire high-quality loan applications from potential customers
- Execute end-to-end acquisition process per company guidelines and compliance standards
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic customer engagement
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle and post-sale support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners
- Prepare accurate sales documentation and reports for management review
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree from any discipline
- 1+ years of sales experience in financial services or automotive industry
- Strong communication and persuasive negotiation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Valid SIM C with personal vehicle (mandatory)
- Willingness to work in Tangerang & BSD area
