Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the Tegal and surrounding regions.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings to explain service offerings to potential clients.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely support and clear communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead generation to contract closing.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and feedback for the management team.
- Represent PT Mitra Solusi Lelang professionally at industry events and client meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Officer, Account Executive, or similar sales-focused role (minimum 1 year).
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and basic CRM tools.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle is highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of the Tegal and surrounding market area.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet aggressive sales targets.
