Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve optimal performance
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize holding costs
- Collaborate with marketing and service departments to enhance customer experience
- Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of automotive industry trends and market dynamics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
