Akulaku is looking for a bilingual Sales Operations Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join our high-growth Auto-Finance division in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales channel operations, ensuring seamless coordination between our sales teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales channel operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards to track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Coordinate closely with internal cross-functional teams and external auto-finance partners to streamline workflows.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management regarding sales channel health and growth.
- Support the execution of sales strategies by ensuring all team members are equipped with accurate data and insights.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and Indonesian/English is mandatory to facilitate cross-border communication.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analyst, or a similar role within the Finance or Fintech industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Adaptability to a fast-moving, high-pressure environment with a strong sense of ownership.
