Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and streamline day-to-day sales administration processes to ensure operational excellence.
- Supervise the sales support team, providing guidance and performance feedback to maintain high productivity.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer databases, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the finance and marketing departments to align sales reports with company objectives.
- Implement and enforce sales policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance.
- Resolve complex operational issues and customer service escalations effectively.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management to assist in strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Administrative Supervision, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a significant advantage.
