Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and managing client correspondence.
  • Coordinate end-to-end import/export documentation, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, performing regular stock takes and reconciling data in the system.
  • Execute accurate system data entry for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Generate periodic sales and operational reports to support management decision-making.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all operational transactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, logistics, or operations support.
  • Strong understanding of import/export processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP/Inventory management software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of data entry with accuracy.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
