Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Proactively contact potential and existing clients to generate sales leads and maintain relationships.
- Provide detailed product information and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Maintain an organized database of customer profiles and order history.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and digital communication tools.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willing to work under a contract basis and demonstrate high reliability.
- Local knowledge of the Makassar market is a significant advantage.
