Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new clients for our cosmetic packaging products in both domestic and international markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Present and demonstrate packaging solutions to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of packaging products to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in packaging or cosmetics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages
- Knowledge of export-import procedures and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
