Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the aquaculture industry? Central Proteina Prima, a leader in the Indonesian feed and aquaculture sector, is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Pakan Ikan to join our team in Lampung Selatan.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, building strong relationships with fish farmers, distributors, and stakeholders in the region. You will leverage your technical knowledge of fish feed products to provide solutions that help our customers maximize their productivity. We are looking for an individual who is not only a great negotiator but also a dedicated relationship builder who understands the unique challenges of the aquaculture market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aquaculture market in Lampung Selatan.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing fish farmers and feed distributors.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to customers regarding fish feed specifications.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume targets.
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitor activities and industry trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports and feedback for the management team.
- Manage accounts receivables and ensure timely collections from clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the fish feed or livestock industry.
- Possess a minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with local farmers.
- Fluency in Hokkien is considered a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Lampung Selatan region for field visits.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C or A).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
