Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1+ years sales experience in banking/financial products
- Knowledge of Islamic banking principles is advantageous
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Target-driven with proven sales achievement
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia with local dialect fluency
- Valid driver's license and willingness for field visits
