Dreamile International is seeking a dynamic Sales Person to drive growth and promote our world-class hospitality education programs. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our institution and prospective students and their parents, helping them discover rewarding career paths in the global hospitality sector.
As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, conducting engaging presentations about our curriculum, and guiding families through the enrollment process. We are looking for a results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to helping students achieve their academic and professional dreams. Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell hospitality education programs to prospective students and parents in Blitar and the surrounding area.
- Conduct campus tours, presentations, and information sessions to showcase the benefits of our curriculum.
- Build and maintain a robust database of leads and convert them into enrolled students.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries regarding tuition, scholarships, and course details.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for new students.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and community outreach activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred) in a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred due to travel requirements.
