- Menawarkan dan menjual produk waterproofing dan obat pengeras beton kepada klien di industri konstruksi
- Mencari dan mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru di Surabaya dan sekitarnya
- Melakukan presentasi produk kepada potensial klien dan menjelaskan manfaat produk
- Membangun dan memelihara hubungan jangka panjang dengan klien
- Mencapai target penjualan yang ditetapkan setiap bulan
- Melakukan analisis pasar dan kompetitor untuk mengidentifikasi peluang penjualan
- Bekerja sama dengan tim pemasaran dan teknis untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan
- Melaporkan aktivitas penjualan dan perkembangan kepada manajer penjualan
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/D3/S1 di segmen apa pun
- Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di posisi penjualan, terutama dalam industri konstruksi
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan keterampilan interpersonal yang kuat
- Target-oriented dengan kemampuan bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM C (wajib)
- Pemahaman tentang produk waterproofing dan obat pengeras beton adalah nilai tambah
- Kemampuan untuk bekerja secara mandiri dan sebagai bagian dari tim
- Komputer literate dan familiar dengan aplikasi Microsoft Office
