In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality roofing and steel solutions and large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local construction landscape and have a proven track record in B2B sales. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, nurturing relationships with contractors and developers, and ensuring our products are specified in major projects throughout the region.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the building material and construction sector.
  • Conduct market research to analyze consumer needs and competitor activity in Central Java.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and property developers.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Present and demonstrate product features, emphasizing the benefits of our Galvalume solutions.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations, contracts, and project proposals.
  • Provide technical support and product guidance to clients to ensure project success.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in construction or building materials.
  • In-depth knowledge of roofing and steel products, specifically Galvalume.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the Central Java region.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a target-driven team.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and a personal vehicle.
