Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the construction industry? We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Project Specialist to drive growth in the Galvalume building materials sector across Central Java. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality roofing and steel solutions and large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local construction landscape and have a proven track record in B2B sales. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, nurturing relationships with contractors and developers, and ensuring our products are specified in major projects throughout the region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the building material and construction sector.
- Conduct market research to analyze consumer needs and competitor activity in Central Java.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and property developers.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate product features, emphasizing the benefits of our Galvalume solutions.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, contracts, and project proposals.
- Provide technical support and product guidance to clients to ensure project success.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in construction or building materials.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing and steel products, specifically Galvalume.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Central Java region.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a target-driven team.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and a personal vehicle.
