In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, identifying new project opportunities and building long-term relationships with our clients.

As a Sales Project Executive, you will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and project consultation to contract closing. You will be instrumental in expanding our footprint in the market by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions that align with our service offerings. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new project sales opportunities within the target market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key project stakeholders and customers.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and project consultations to address customer pain points.
  • Prepare accurate project proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and successful project execution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of sales activities and report progress to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B or project-based sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical project solutions.
  • Highly self-motivated with a focus on achieving results under minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
