Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Indonesian market to grow MOWIN’s project portfolio.
- Analyze client requirements to develop comprehensive, cost-effective, and actionable project proposals.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure clear alignment between client expectations and internal team capabilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operational departments to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular reports on conversion rates and project status.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes by providing feedback from market interactions to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project-based sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and sales funnel optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex client requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- High degree of professional maturity, integrity, and self-motivation.
- Deep knowledge of the Jakarta business landscape is highly preferred.
