Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for project-based business development? We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Project Executive to join our team in Bekasi. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our growth, responsible for identifying new project opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring we meet and exceed our ambitious sales targets.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels in fast-paced environments, possesses excellent negotiation skills, and is comfortable managing the full project sales lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business expansion in the Jawa Barat region by delivering tailored solutions that meet our customers' specific project needs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, research, and qualify new project business opportunities within the target market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling project proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project sales, business development, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the local market in Bekasi and the surrounding Jawa Barat region is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; English proficiency is a plus.
