In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality aluminium products and our clients in the residential and commercial sectors. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and site visits to project estimation and contract closing.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the residential and commercial aluminium project markets.
- Conduct site visits to perform accurate measurements and gather project requirements.
- Prepare detailed sales quotations, proposals, and project timelines for prospective clients.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and building owners.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and project satisfaction.
- Follow up on project leads and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in project sales, preferably in building materials, interior design, or construction.
- Strong understanding of aluminium products and construction site environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints is highly advantageous.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM) and own transport to facilitate site visits.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
