You will leverage your networking skills to identify key stakeholders, manage complex tender processes, and build long-lasting professional relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and proactively reach out to potential clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation and site visits to project estimation and final contract negotiation.
- Analyze tender documentation and project requirements to provide accurate and competitive furniture solutions.
- Collaborate with internal design and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, keeping up-to-date with current furniture trends and industry best practices.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with B2B clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Prepare regular sales reports, project forecasts, and client engagement updates for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the furniture, construction, or interior design industry.
- Strong background in managing commercial projects and tender processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Deep familiarity with the Bandung commercial property and interior design landscape.
