Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through project-based sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project-based sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with electrical industry products and services is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
