Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent
- 1+ years of sales experience in consumer products/services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with Medan market and regional business networks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
