Tanggung Jawab
- Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, and project contractors.
- Actively scout for new construction projects in the Bali area to introduce our premium sanitary product portfolio.
- Provide technical product consultation and customized solutions to meet specific project design requirements.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the internal logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely product delivery for project sites.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the Bali construction and design industry.
- Prepare regular sales activity reports and project tracking updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project sales, preferably within the building materials, sanitary ware, or interior design industry.
- Proven ability to build and manage a robust network of industry contacts (architects/designers).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical product benefits effectively.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- High level of mobility and flexibility to visit various project sites across the Bali region.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) for reporting and administrative tasks.
