You'll conduct persuasive product demonstrations, answer inquiries with expert knowledge, and generate high-quality leads to drive enrollment. Tanggung Jawab
- Promote Sparks Math programs through in-person demonstrations and informational presentations
- Identify and engage potential customers in high-traffic community locations
- Generate qualified leads through systematic prospecting and relationship building
- Accurately communicate program benefits, curriculum structure, and pricing options
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly enrollment targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and lead progress
- Represent Seven Retail Group professionally at promotional events and outreach activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet targets
- Comfortable working with technology (smartphones, CRM systems)
- Availability for flexible part-time scheduling including weekends
- Strong presentation skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
