Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving performance and building long-lasting merchant relationships? Dwi Cermat Indonesia is looking for a results-driven Sales Promoter Team Leader to spearhead our sales operations in the Yogyakarta region.
In this role, you will be the face of our company in the field, ensuring that our sales programs are executed flawlessly across all assigned merchant stores. You will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of promoters to not only meet but exceed their individual and team sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive and monitor sales performance for the designated Yogyakarta area to ensure monthly targets are consistently met.
- Conduct regular field visits to merchant outlets to evaluate team performance and store coverage.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with PICs (Person-in-Charge) at each merchant location.
- Lead, train, and provide daily coaching to the sales promoter team to improve their closing techniques and product knowledge.
- Monitor the implementation of marketing and sales programs in the field to ensure 100% compliance.
- Gather and report field intelligence, including competitor activities and market feedback, to the management team.
- Resolve operational issues or grievances at the merchant level efficiently to ensure smooth business operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Field Marketing, or Team Leading roles, preferably in the FMCG or Retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a mobile sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) for reporting and performance analysis.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a personal vehicle for field mobility.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong target-oriented mindset.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic, field-based working environment.
