Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales promotion plans for Samarinda region
- Lead and motivate a team of sales promoters to achieve quarterly targets
- Coordinate with retail partners for in-store activations and merchandising
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies
- Analyze sales data and promotional effectiveness to optimize ROI
- Train sales teams on product knowledge and promotion techniques
- Manage promotional budgets and expense reporting
Kualifikasi
- Min. 3 years in sales promotion or retail leadership role
- Strong understanding of FMCG sales channels in Kalimantan market
- Proven track record of team management and KPI achievement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven approach to sales strategy development
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for promotions
- Proficient in MS Office and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent
