Lemonilo Indonesia Sehat is looking for a results-oriented Sales Promotion Leader (SPL) - General Trade to join our expanding team in Samarinda. As an SPL, you will be the spearhead of our field operations, responsible for executing effective sales strategies, managing field teams, and ensuring maximum product visibility within the General Trade channel.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Promotion Staff (SPS) to achieve daily and monthly sales targets in the GT channel.
  • Develop and implement strategic route plans to ensure optimal coverage of all retail outlets in the assigned Samarinda area.
  • Monitor stock levels and execute shelf management to ensure product availability and brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with traditional trade owners, wholesalers, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights to the area manager.
  • Execute and supervise promotional activities, brand activations, and product sampling events at the point of sale.
  • Ensure the team adheres to company operational standards and reporting procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in FMCG Sales, specifically within the General Trade (GT) sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing field sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Samarinda and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using mobile sales reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C/A) and have access to a personal vehicle.
  • Willing to work in the field and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
