Tanggung Jawab
- Represent the company brand and promote products to potential customers in retail outlets or on the street.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and clearly explain features and benefits to drive sales.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions and provide exceptional after-sales support.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate actively in marketing events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education of Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set sales targets.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is a strong plus for mobility within the region.
- Willingness to be assigned in various locations within Subang and work flexible hours, including weekends.
