We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Pupuk to join our team in Kota Jambi. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with farmers and agricultural partners to drive product adoption and business growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for our fertilizer products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural distributors.
- Conduct regular field visits to provide product demonstrations, education, and technical support to clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Jambi region to expand our market reach.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including lead generation, visit logs, and sales projections.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely follow-ups.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field; background in Agriculture or related studies is a plus.
- Proven experience in field sales, retail, or agricultural product promotion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and have your own motorcycle.
- Deep understanding of the local agricultural landscape in Jambi.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working with minimal supervision in the field.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed performance expectations.
