Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and greet guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Provide clear, accurate information and guidance to visitors regarding company services.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Identify sales opportunities and effectively promote company products/services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk and office environment.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest and client experiences.
- Prepare periodic reports on daily guest visits and sales conversion activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field (Hospitality or Communication preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, front office, or sales roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a friendly personality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic office software.
- Willing to be stationed in Jakarta Utara.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
