Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand our client base in the Tangerang region.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel locally as required to meet clients.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
