Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their specific business needs.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally within Jakarta and surrounding areas as required.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is highly preferred.
