Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business leads through proactive outreach and market analysis.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and addressing client concerns.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify market trends and competitive opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, activity logs, and CRM updates.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based environment.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the local market in Bali and Tabanan area.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or basic sales tracking tools is an advantage.
