Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to successful contract closure.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and performance targets.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably in the Indonesian market.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate persuasively in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting ambitious sales quotas.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales management software.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle is preferred for field visits.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
