Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities in the Banjarmasin region.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value of Würth’s industrial solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback and strategic insights to the management team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive field visits and account management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress within the internal CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and superior service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing or Business Management preferred).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in industrial, construction, or automotive supply industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and own vehicle to facilitate field-based operations.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new products and technical specifications.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and digital reporting tools.
