Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities in the Banjarmasin region.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value of Würth’s industrial solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback and strategic insights to the management team.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive field visits and account management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress within the internal CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and superior service standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing or Business Management preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in industrial, construction, or automotive supply industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and own vehicle to facilitate field-based operations.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new products and technical specifications.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and digital reporting tools.
